Caltech Undergraduate

Could someone describe to me what Caltech Undergraduate life is like? Additionally, do the few that decide not to go to graduate school and to start working have an easier chance of finding a job than those graduating from other undergraduate schools?

I'm guessing finding a job is very easy for Caltech students. I remember reading somewhere (I believe in something I received from Caltech) that there are more companies on campus recruiting people to work than there were graduates during this past year

I think something like 30-40% do not go to grad school immediately after Tech. It seems pretty easy to find a job.

Describe Caltech undergraduate life? Well, there are a lot of activities based around the houses, and a lot of collaborative learning. Dinner is (for most houses) eaten as a house, and most houses have social teams that organize events on weekends (trips or games or other activities). There are also a variety of clubs and sports. Most people spend a lot of time working on problem sets, which I think in general are challenging. I like that the college seems to treat us as honorable individuals until we mess up (giving out keys to buildings and take home tests, etc.)
I'm not exactly sure what you were asking though, so I'm sorry if I completely missed the point of your question.
