I believe they said somewhere that internationals are roughly 22% of their applicant pool and form 12% of their class. I would imagine that not more than 2 x the number of internationals in the class receive offers of admission (and even that number is highly unlikely), so we can say that the offers for internationals are likely between .12 * 253 ~ 31 and .12* 253 * 2 ~ 62. The total number of international applicants would be around .22 * 4,413 ~ 912, putting the acceptance rate for internationals somewhere between 3.4% and 6.8%.
(the reason I don't use Caltech's yield here is because I believe internationals would be somewhat less likely to decline an offer of admission, though I suppose the argument could go both ways)
