Those seem to be decently strong stats. If you feel passionate about caltech, then you have very little to lose and everything to gain, so apply.

In 2008 common data set, 237 of 806 females were admitted for 29% admit rate vs 370/2791 = 13% for males. I'd say those are pretty good odds for you.

Your stats are enough, but you need to exhibit a passion for science, math, or engineering. Most people try to show that in their essays etc. If you have a passion for the above things, you should definitely apply. If you don't however, it would be best if you didn't.
