Score choice?

On the Caltech website (Caltech Undergraduate Admissions: Freshman Applicants), Caltech says that it 'strongly recommends' we submit all scores. Does that mean they'll find out and look down on me if I don't send them all, or do they just not care?

I've done the SAT I twice. First time I got a 2050, second time I got a 2220 (and higher in each section). The 2050 was really just a bad day (toilet problems :P), so I don't want to send it if I don't need to. Is it okay if I leave it out? Any reason in particular I should send it as well?

I doubt it matters whether you send it or not. Since Caltech recommends you submit all scores, I would, but don't worry about it. Caltech will look at your best score. I believe they want you to submit all of them because they superscore the SATI (meaning they will take the best score from each section, even if they aren't from the same test date).
