I only got a 2 on the AIME, 109.5 on the AMC 12 (junior year, first time). Should I bother putting it on my Caltech app?

Put it on the app. People have gotten in with lower scores.

My scores were exactly the same as yours and I got in. I've met people here who are super-smart and yet never did well on AMC/AIME stuff... it happens
