Anyone accepted or thinking about going

This is one of my D's top choices and wondering if it is high on anyone else's radar. She just loves the atmosphere there, but looking for more input

thanks

This is also one of my daughter's top 2 choices. She did an overnight visit in the fall and loved it. I took the tour, listened to presentations and was very impressed. She is returning for the honors day visit next week and will decide from there. She is waiting for a response from another california school which won't happen until the end of March. Either school would be fine with me.

Same with my D

She is in love with the place after her overnight. Her other fav is in S. Cal as well, but now Cal Lu may be supplanting it. Her brother goes to UC Berkeley, and that contrasts with the smaller environment there, and she loves it. She likes the Global Studies major

Now one has to scope out the area around it. Will do that next time

I got in.. I really didn't like it though. It is DEAD there in terms of social life and campus events. So, I'm going to go to UCLA or UCSB.
