Fullerton's Out-of-State Acceptance

I need your take on this! I'm a hs senior from Oahu, Hawaii, and I have a 3.2 cumulative -- math's messed me up every single year. My SAT scores are all right; I have a 580 for Writing (though I know this often doesn't count), 570 for Critical Reading, and 410 in Math. My math has always been weak, but I'm really strong in English. I'm a PR agent for a local tv show producer, and am the Editor-in-Chief of our school paper.

What chances do I stand in getting accepted? My college counselor told me that they're lowering the standards for OOS students because we pay them more anyway.

I applied for an Entertainment Studies major, and a Journalism major as a second choice.

Please, tell me what you think! I applied already, and I know all I can do now is wait, but I reallly would like to get in.

Other schools I've applied to are:
CSU San Marcos, Chapman University (Dodge College of Film - Screenwriting Major), and Concordia University inIrvine.

Mahalo!
