How important is it to take all the CSU prerequisites? [transfer student]

I quite simply don't have enough time to take all the prerequisites for my intended major (business administration). If I have a GPA of about 3.3 and don't take two prerequisites (business law and business communication), would I still be accepted?

I was originally applying for more "selective" UCs, and I remember hearing the minimum GPA is like 2.0 or something, so would I still have a confident shot at getting accepted?

Also, would I be able to take the prerequisites the summer before transferring?
