CSU Mentor Common App Question

I am trying to make a word document with all the essay prompts and application deadlines of all the schools i am planning on applying to. The CSU mentor website, however, is not being very helpful (or im not looking in the right place :P) I was wondering if there is an essay required and if there is what the prompt is. I am also wondering when the deadline is. Thanks!!

There are no essays required for CSU schools. The deadline to apply is November 30.
