What's up with those chalkboards in CSULB's Bathrooms
So I went on a field trip to Cal State Long Beach and I discovered chalkboards in the stalls on the Men's bathrooms, all with dirty messages, pictures and other graffiti drawn on them. I've never seen this before at a university! (Or in any public restroom for that matter.) So what purpose do these things serve?!

when i went for a Forensics tournament I didnt see the chalkboards but i did see
waterless urinals. It was kinda weird

They're still there, usually with drawings of genitallia and the like.
