Transfer Students

I just received an email from Long Beach inviting me to their Open House sometime in April; does that mean I got accepted? I haven't received any type of formal notification from them regarding my admission status, so I'm not sure what the invitation really means. And plus, I tried the automated telephone thing and I wasn't able to log-in; it couldn't recognize my pin - I believe it's the MM/DD/YY format. Anyone encounter some of the same problems?

Call admissions and check your status directly with a human. It will take less time than trying to figure out your PIN.

Great, that's what I did. The fellow reset my pin so I could access the automated phone system to check on my status.

I guess the Open House invitation didn't mean anything then.
