-national merit semifinalist (probably finalist)
-ranked 2 or 3 out of 700
-CA resident
-currently 4.0 UW GPA with 8 AP's - taking 5-6 more next year.
-2330 SAT

Could I conceivably go the CSULB for free, without having to pay tuition/housing and receiving a book stipend?

I can't tell from the link below whether I am automatically guarenteed either some or all of the benefits.

I believe your chance to attend CSULB for free is extremely high. Go ahead and apply, the scholarship will cover everything that you need to attend CSULB. Congradulation to your excellent academic work.
