Do University usually turn down admission from a Provision Admission going to Full Admission for having low GPA ?

I'm trying to transfer to Cal State Long Beach and have gotten a Conditional Admission from them (Condional state the following: Must have 60 transfer credits with a 2.0 minimum).

This is my last semester at my current JC, and it should be over next week and I'm about to turn in my official transcript to CSULB in order to obtain a Full Admission.

I'm a little worry because with the grades from my current semester, it going to bump down my GPA from a 3.3 to 3.16. Beside that, I have met other criteria including CSU Certification and 60 transfer credits.

Do University, like Long Beach for example, usually turn down admission for low GPA ?

Ps: Urg, I'm getting a little panic, this transfer process seriously take a few years out of my life for worrying about it =.=
