Well, then I hope you get to go to CSUMB. Our tourguide said that the Army had chose the location originally because it had some of the best cloud cover on the west coast.
My H is concerned that the campus would be depressing. I'm like you, I LOVE the fog, I also LOVE the California sun though so do my kids :-)
