Does anyone have experience with fee waivers? I once asked my counselor about it, and he looked up the common app site and collegeboard, which had fee waiver forms that are only for U.S. students..He said that I can't do it for that reason, but I've heard many times that internationals can apply for application fee waivers..So yeah, anyone know about this?
How do they determine what kind of income level would have trouble paying the app. fee? I mean even though it may be hard, it wouldn't cause "unusual financial hardship"...We can still afford it if we had to. Should I bother applying in this case?
