Is university of Regina a good place to study Petroleum Engineering?

I'm hoping to join University of Regina next year as an undergrad to study petroleum systems Engineering.
UofRegina currently has an international ranking in the 900s.
Do you think such a university will be a good place to study petroleum engineering? There is also an issue regarding the title of the degree (BASc-Bachelor of Applied Science). It is also called Petroleum systems engineering (not just petroleum engineering). Will this be a problem?
Being an international student, do you think I'll be able to find employment in the canadian petroleum industry despite the low rank of the university and my nationality, once I graduate?

The only thing that I do know about the Canadian petroleum engineering market is that even University of Regina graduates can still find employment.

Yeah, I think Calgary-based oil companies still recruit there. If you really want to do petroleum in Canada, it might be more convenient to go to Calgary or Edmonton.
