No film festival screening yet but made it to USA Today

Read this in USA Today:

Computer-free students find life hard without them - USATODAY.com

Can't imagine how they got these three to volunteer or were there 3 short straws? With winter break here, do they get their computers turned back on?

I doubt I'd be able to post this with a typewriter.

Wait, that's really creepy. I decided a few weeks ago that as soon as my applications are in, I'm going to stop using the computer in my house and instead go to the library maybe once a week to type up essays (that I'll handwrite first) and to check my email. And I just decided to apply EDII to Carleton today. I guess it's a sign that I'm destined to be there. I hope the admissions officers agree.

they volunteered because they wanted to i guess, no short straws. andrew was in my cinema class where we had to make a short film, except of course he couldn't use the film editing software, meaning he had to shoot very precisely, and he still did a great job.
