sorry if i sound absolutely ignorant, i just recieved an information booklet from carleton and was wondering how good the pre-med program is at carleton or if it even exists. It looks like a really interesting college.
My daughter is interested in neuroscience (but not pre-med) - I emailed the director of the program and she said she'd be happy to talk to her when we tour.
Just to elaborate a bit more...you can do the premed curriculum and work with the advisors regardless of your major (they've sent kids from like, 20 different majors to med school in the past 15ish years). I believe the acceptance rate for grads applying to MD programs is about 75% the first time around.
