Two things I especially liked from President Oden's welcoming remarks to the Class of 2013

1. WAITT - We're All In This Together
2. "Those who are full of themselves are rarely full of anything interesting."

He also talked about doing things deliberatively - I wish I'd done more of that as a student....and since, LOL.

Does anyone know if his remarks will be available in print or podcast?

I also liked the comments by the parent/trustee wrt the tone. He'd been to a school that welcomed them with 'look left and right; one of you will fail' which is a very different message than Oden's 'Our admissions department NEVER makes a mistake. You all belong here and you're all going to succeed.'

(NB Not exact quotes, but the best I could remember)
