Chance of getting in

HEy, guys, I know this is old, but what do u think my chances of getting in are?

I'm 2 out of 175, from Louisiana (does that have anything to do with it)
made 5's on ap chem and writing

780 on chem and 720 on math sat II's
33 ACT
active in band and orchestra (president of the band)

community service with handicapped children

unweighted GPA probably 3.98

btw, should I mention Katrina, I was deeply affected by it (about 9 feet of water and living in another family's home for two years)

which also affects financial aid situation, my parents borrowed money for the new house, which shows up as extra money on tax return

So what are my chances of getting in if I am applying for the BSA program in music and chemistry (hoping for premed w/ focus on music therapy)?

it sounds to me like you have a great chance of getting in if you talk about katrina in the personal statement, but then again, i'm a senior too so i've never gone through the application process
