How is the med program?

how is the medicine program at carnegie mellon?

There is no pre-med program at CMU.

well there is health professions where they plan out your premed courses but yeah I don't think it's officially a premed program (the advisor is an MD though and very nice)

if you are 100% premed and that is all you want to do then I'd personally look at cheaper schools and save your $ for med school - but I don't want to get into your business but basically there is no official pre med program but there is an office/staff that will definately be willing and able to help you get into medical school

the biomedical engineering program iirc is apparently "on the rise" or something like that but currently iirc nearby Pitt has a higher ranked biomed engineering program
