Danza Macabre

I heard about CMU from a friend at my community theater. After browzing the CMU site, I know I'm really interested in auditioning for it. A lot of my questions have already been answered looking through previous threads, but I have one specific question about the dance part of the audition. To anyone who knows about it or has expirenced it, what level of difficulty would you say it is? This would really help me know what I need to prepare for. Any other info about the MT audition that you have to share with me would also be appreciated. Thanks!

The CMU dance audition is one of the "easiest" - very simple ballet and jazz. BUT they are still looking for those with great technique - that can be revealed immediately, even with the simplest combinations. So take as much ballet as you can if you are not a dancer - all college MT dance auditions will test your basic ballet skills somehow.
