| One other thing to try and alleviate a few concerns -- I mentioned that it showed that it showed that my D's file had been reviewed -- however, it shows that it was just barely done this past Friday. I'd guess that means they are now in the review process. But again, since this was only last Friday, I'm sure they still have a bunch to go.
It shows up on the list of "Admissions Documents Received" and says "Folder pulled committee read." Have others out there got the same message on their "Where Am I In the Process" page? | |

| well in case anyone is still wondering, i was at cmu pre college and my voice teacher claudia benack, who is on staff there told us that one girl was deferred to our year because of a severe car accident, and one girl was admitted this summer!! | |

| No -- there is no indication of a decision at all.
It's just a line item under the "Admissions Documents Received" section. The same place where all the transcripts, ACT Scores, letters of recommendation etc are listed by date. It doesn't have anything on there that would indicate that a decision's been made. | |

| It says the same thing "Folder pulled committee read" for mine too.
I also had a close call a couple weeks ago when admissions emailed me to say "we know you auditioned for the school of drama, but you haven't actually applied yet, so send your application in" even though I had sent it in October!! Luckily, they just had a mix up but I was getting really nervous...I didn't want to do the whole process all over again! | |

| Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....I so can't take this anymore. Like I'm trying to take my own advice lol. and not think about anything but when people constantly tell me things like, "oh well my friend got accepted yesterday" and "letters went out yesterday" it gets kinda hard. Especially when I KNOW for a fact that those statements aren't true. I just want SOMETHING! AHHHHH | |

| Today a close friend of mine told me that Barbara had called him late last night to tell him he had been accepted. She said they had accepted 16 (9 boys and 7 girls) actors and 9 musical theatre students (I don't know what gender). This seems really odd that he would hear so soon, but I don't know! | |

| Sooooo, "this" young man everyone is hearing about (totally unsure if it is the same young man  ), is also still in the running for Juilliard next weekend. It is entirely possible that the early phone call may have had something to do what all that.... | |
