Hmm, BME Mech E? I have a friend who is BME/ECE who seems to be doing well. Keep in mind you are asking about BME, one of the most difficult Engineering Programs at CMU, Mech E is not as difficult (from a poll of CMU Engineering Majors), but still tough. I can ask some of my engineering friends and get back to you, probably by later tonight. I don't know much about Engineering classes that overlap, but if you are doing Engineering period, I would probably go to CMU.
