Chances?

Male Asian Senior @ Stuyvesant H.S. Applying ED(2) SCS
GPA: 90.4(Freshman year avg pulled me down, was around 85 and I hear CMU doesn't look at freshman year)
SAT: 2250- 740 CR 710 WR 800 M
(retaking next sat. expect something around 770 CR 770 WR 800 M)
Subject SATs: 740 Biology 800 Math II

Extracurriculars-
Key Club
Chess Club
Techtonics
Math Team

but little to none volunteer work.

I'd say you've got a very good chance due to your high SAT score.

SCS/Tepper are the most competitive so I would say it really depends on your essays and E.C.'s.
