National Champs!
Congrats to Carroll College's FIGHTING SAINTS who won the NAIA football National Championship today, beating University of Sioux Falls 17 to 9.

This is the 5th Football National Championship for Carroll College in the last six years. Carroll has a great program and is successful as well in other collegiate sports, including basketball (men's and women's), soccer, volleyball, golf, etc. They especially excel in graduating student-athletes. They also have a great intramural program -- but their forte' is national championship football!

Congrats Carroll!

So cool!!! did you see the cover of SI? Sounds like a great bunch of guys!! Carroll seems so perfect for my DDs but I am worried about how far away from home it is. I love the active lifestyle, the fact that it is small with a big-time sports feel and that it is so strong in the sciences and Catholic makes it seem just wonderful!
