how's the courseload at case?

like many other students at case, i'm hoping to get into a top tier school for my graduate studies (MBA in specific). anyone have any opinion as to if it's difficult to maintain a 3.5+ at case? more specifically, the econ/business classes? thanks.

I cannot comment on the business courses specifically. However, the average GPA is about 3.2. This means that you will have to work hard to get 3.5+. Although grades are important, many top MBA programs require work experience and often do not accept fresh college graduates.

Yes I would have to agree
while I think that it does take work to insure a 3.5+ GPA at case, it is not impossible and very do-able. I maintained almost a 3.8 as a physics major/pre-med. I know the intro business classes are easier, but alot of my business/management friends still do work, but its a different type of work.

GWEM is right, as a business student, work experience and things like co-op are most important when applying to MBA programs.
