Profs get low marks?

The current Princeton Review ranks Case #12 for "Professors get low marks". Granted, these things can't be very accurate, but still, does anyone have any comments? Do you know why that might be? Do you have concurring/differing opinions? THANKS!

#12--that's harsh. I don't think Case has the best teaching in the world by any means, but #12, ouch! I guess it all depends on your department, certain departments have wonderful teachers, others, not. You know one thing I've really been rethinking is the rock-solid rule Case has about ONLY faculty members teaching. I don't know, as I've been working in a lab and interacting more and more with grad students I think some of them are just more gifted at teaching (some are not, a few are).

There are quite a few professors here I would "give" low marks to as far as teachers go, but I think things like dissatisfaction with SAGES in general would tend to slant students to thinking that professors aren't teaching very well (when in fact it might just be a natural consequence of a not-so-hot aspect of the curriculum).

I do really like that most professors are really easy to get in contact with, if they don't have open door policies most of my professors have responded to emails in a matter of hours. i feel like quite a few Case professors are not-so-great in lecture but are much better when you go to talk to them one-on-one.
