| It's impressive! If you can, go to Knott Studios at a scheduled time with some tourguide to explain what happens in each room. I don't know but I hope they'll do that for you during Accepted Students Day. If not, it's still impressive but for parents it will mean more if someone comments on the purpose of the equipment in each room. I know they make that kind of tour available at your freshman student orientation, anyway.
Also don't miss the lounge in Knott Studios where someone donated a large collection of autographed photos of some film greats; actors and directors, as I recall. It's on permanent display there. I found it inspiring. Your parents might recognize some of the "oldies" on the wall, even if you say, "wha? who?" I liked that someone donated an entire collection of valuable photos, so you can see a sweep of film history.
