Psychology HL: 6
Business and Management HL: 7

Chinese SL: 5
Physics SL: 5

Total: 33

Applying for business school.

^People from my school have routinely gotten offers for 35-36 for regular business. Global Business will need 38-40+

@dubyawhy yea thats what i am thinking. but to be absolutely safe, according to all of the materials i've read, 40 should be the safest

Hi, I'm an international Student applied to HKU and HKUST for ug-engineering this year.

I have SAT - 2070 [R: 680, W: 660, M:730]
and SAT2 - 2300 [Math Level II: 750, Chem:780, Phy:770]

Any chance for me?

Also, I sent the unofficial reports during the application. Is it okay, or am I supposed to send official reports?

what about A level?? i only have 3 subjects. i want to apply to degree in economics... but how many A do i need to stand a chance?

i got an offer of 34 for UST business

some stats:

SAT Score Distribution of admitted students in 2012:
(1) Upper Quartile: 2,190
(2) Median: 2,130
(3) Lower Quartile: 1,970

GCEAL Score Distribution of admitted students in 2012:
(1) Upper Quartile: 3A*
(2) Median: 2A* and 1A
(3) Lower Quartile: 1A*, 1A and 1B

IB Score Distribution of admitted students in 2012 (including bonus points):
(1) Upper Quartile: 40
(2) Median: 37
(3) Lower Quartile: 35

I heard UST from my classmate for IB score safe zone is 35. But not sure about business, because UST business is quite competitive.

Hi can anyone here provide info on MSc IT program of HKU and HKUST? I mean how are they?

What are my chances of securing admission for the program
Indian
7 band IELTS
2 year full time work ex
3 years part time work ex
76.1 % in grad
91.4% in 12th (senior secondary)

Also if anyone has got any info. Can somebody provide a band of expected salary after Msc Computer?

What are your conditions of offer? 34 is a pretty lo score for UST business..was just wondering if you had the magical combination of subjects! Is is conditional or unconditional??
