I'm assuming you go to a Church of Christ school like I do

. These schools seem to have similar admissions standards and a similar reputation, so I think your decision should come down to which school you like the feel of more. They're similar in size as well (~4,000 students). One thing I noticed while visiting Harding is that although the people are really nice there, it's literally in the middle of nowhere. Also, the campus atmosphere is really REALLY strict (example, girls can't wear shorts). ACU is in a much bigger town but it's still pretty much in the middle of nowhere. I haven't visited there but I've heard good things about it. I know a smart girl from my school majoring in Elementary Education there so I'm sure their education program is good. Overall, I think you just have to pick which one best suits you. Also, have you considered Lipscomb University? I went on a tour there (it's also a Church of Christ school) and even though small schools aren't for me and I've decided against applying there, I liked the feel of their campus. Plus, it's in Nashville which is a great town with lots to do!
