has anyone heard of Anderson-Hyles College?

I wrote the schools name wrong.
The College's name is Hyles-Anderson College.

Is it academically good? What do you think about this school?

do not recommend

Hyles-Anderson is a school that is from the very strict independent Baptist mode. If you like lots of rules, you'll like Hyles-Anderson. The school is associated with the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana. It is not accredited. The wikipedia article on Hyles-Anderson can be a helpful resource.

I do not recommend the school. It is too legalistic with, in my opinion, even cultlike aspects.

I have to say that all I've heard about Hyles-Anderson is that it is Fundamental Baptist (same wing as BJU and Pensacola). If that doesn't take if off you're list, I would suggest calling one of the student groups on campus to get the inside scoop.
