Christian Colleges With Best International Relations Program?

I really want to attend a Christian college. However, I have been having a hard time finding a Christian college to match my needs. I am looking to major in International Relations and minor in a foreign language such as Chinese or Russian. I also hope to get an internship or two in D.C. or any major city during college to get "real life" work experience.

Any Christian colleges fit these requirements? Or most of them at least?

Thanks so much!

I wanted to find a Christian college that had a good math program. I came to the conclusion that they don't compare to the top secular universities academically... I imagine that's true for most fields.

Georgetown is almost unrivaled for IR in the college world alone, much less the religious one. However, it's a Jesuit school. If you're looking for that intensely religious atmosphere, you're a lot less likely to find it at Georgetown than another school.

Patrick Henry College (Patrick Henry College) is really into Government and has a great IR program. And Russian is a very popular foreign language there. They're about an hour from DC and are really into internships. Its small, and very conservative, so it's definitely not right for everyone..but I'd look into it.

Hopkins is another Georgetown; American, GWU are not far off their marks. My own observation is that G-Town, Jesuit as it is, is about as secular as can be beyond seeing a few collars floating around. I doubt Jesus is much mentioned in any classroom. Symbols and icons, yes.

Georgetown has a theology (basically philosophy) requirement, though. It also has crucifixes in every classroom.

Fordham has a good program, and it's definitely more conservative than other Jesuit schools.

Folks, when somebody says they want to attend a "Christian college," they typically mean a more-or-less evangelical Protestant college that more-or-less incorporates Christianity into its curriculum and campus life. They usually don't mean a Catholic college. So somebody like the OP is not looking for a Fordham or a Georgetown.
Does Wheaton College have what you are looking for? It is probably the most academically respected Christian college.
