Union University (TN)?

Does anyone have any personal experience with Union University in Jackson, TN? I'm not really looking for anything specific, just personal thoughts along any lines (positive or negative) that we should consider when considering it for undergrad education. Do you know someone that goes there - went there - teaches there? What did they like (or not)?

The SAT/diversity/etc stats are all at collegeboard, so I have those.

I've visited Union. The admissions counselors and tour guide were extremely nice. All students, even freshmen, get their own room. Which is a pro or con, depending on how you look at it. My drawback was the size of their engineering program (faculty-4.)

Thanks for your thoughts. I think Union is going to be our back up for Covenant. Looking more and more at the major this son wants (Community/Economic/Global Development), Covenant appears to be head and shoulders above the rest - even if we're not Reformed Presbyterian.
