Is there a waiting list???? What if someone accepted doesn't end up confirming. I was rejected very late. But I was just wondering if that was possiblee.
Tyler - CCM does not notify everyone, and has been known to send acceptances "late", i.e. pulls from that 'may be' stack, when someone else winds up not accepting.
There may be an official wait list, or there may be a stack of people still in consideration, but not yet notified. But I have never heard of a rejection changing to an acceptance at any school.
Hard though it may seem, it's time to scratch that path off your list and move on to other possibilities.
I've heard of an "on hold" pile. My friend was told he was put on it last year. Apparently it was 2 boys and 2 girls and they let you know you are on it. I don't know this is for sure how it works, but that is what I've been told.
A young man that I know was notified he was in less than two weeks after his audition in January. I also know a young woman who got in for acting around the same time.
What I meant, NMR, was that I think ALL the regular acceptances have been notified but am not entirely positive of it. I know, of course, of students already accepted to CCM. I thought triumph was asking if CCM is "done" with acceptances.
They have accepted their class and notified the wait list. At least one on the wait list got a phone call, followed by 2 snail mail notifications. Any one else know of anyone on the wait list? This one is a girl.
