I recently received status check websites for other schools, and it seems that none of the recommendations from one of my teachers were received from any of the schools. I'd really like to check if CMC has received anything, especially since I applied for the scholarship with the earlier deadline. I'm looking through my inbox, and I don't think I ever got a confirmation email or anything from CMC.

Anyone have information? Do they have a status check website? Or should I just try to call during the day?

i never got a "status check"

HOWEVER I did send them an email asking if they received my university transcript and they replied that they have all my stuff already..


so if you are very concerned, send 'em an email, they are very good at replying

They sent out an email a while back that was "answering" these questions, saying Yes, we have received your stuff. Yes, we will let you know if you are missing anything. No, please don't call us to ask about if you got it..etc haha.

But if you're concerned about that recommendation call the office, or if you've been in contact with your rep, ask him/her.

thanks! I ended up calling them earlier today (hah snow day in TX) and they actually did receive both recs.... which actually makes me more confused. Now I don't know if the other schools haven't actually received them or if they just haven't processed them. Guess I should play it safe though?
