From what I understand this is the first year that Collegeboard offers the option of not sending in all of your scores. Up until this year when you sent your record everything on it was sent. Since this change is so new I don't know what CMC's positon is on omitting a score. I have read that some schools do not want scores to be omitted from the record. CMC does superscore though so the lower score shouldn't hurt you.
