What would be a good SAT score considering my slightly lower GPA?

of course you should try to raise your scores as much as you can but when you are applying, I would concentrate on your interesting out of school experiences and your plans in life and make your essays great; show how you are unique and passionate and not a "typical" Asian achiever (sorry but the stereotype is out there and it works against Asian students). Your ECs sound interesting and try to pick out a theme from them and show why CMC in THE place for you.
