Regarding the 4+1 Robert A. Day program

I'm a rising-senior (I think that means I'm going to be a senior, haha), and right now CMC is easily my number one choice for schools. I definetly know I want a Liberal Arts College experience for my undergrad years, but I definetly want to go into business and earn an MBA later. Alot of CMC's majors interest me, but this program has caught my eye.

So, if anyone knows alot or is/has participated in the program, here are my questions.

1. Their website says "you earn a BA and an MBA in four years", can you choose any major you want? I'm interested in alot of the majors CMC and the 5Cs have to offer.

2. Can you take a dual major? I'm interested in the Management Engineering program, and the Science and Management programs (though, I'm not sure if these are dual majors or just special programs in four years). Or, if I wanted could I do say Economics and Sociology as a dual major?

3. Just how good is the Claremont Graduate School? How would it compare for an MBA compared to the likes of Wharton, UVA, Harvard, Dartmouth, etc?

4. Do I apply seperatly, or if I get into CMC can I just do the program?

5. Would you recommend the program?

and anything else you think you'd find helpful. Thank you so much!

I'll answer what I can.

4: You get into CMC, then apply for the program.

Okay, wow, I thought I could answer more. Sorry Guy! :P Hope you choose CMC though! Shoot me a message if you have any other questions & I'll answer what I can!

yes you can major in anything or dual major but there are certain requirements ; you can find them in the catalog which is online. You should know that the MBA is very finance oriented so if you are interested in other aspects of business it may not be for you.

It's not very good-- which is kind of the catch for that program.
