About GPA: I had an undiagnosed learning disability until end of junior that affected my most of my classes. With accommodations, I've been making straight A's

You seem to be in a good spot. Of course there are no guarantees with admissions as tough as CMC's but your resume seems to match well with the school. Being Native American should also help immensely. Best of luck!
