Good place for future phd?

I want to be a mathematician in the future.Clark university's mathematics department seems pretty good.
But I want to know are there a decent number of students go to top grad schools such as MIT,Princeton after graduation?
I am an international students. So the future plan in the US is the most I concern.

Statistics I have indicate that Clark has graduated only two eventual mathematics Ph.D.'s in the 10 year period from 1996-2005. This rate of production (total math doctorates/total graduates from school) places it well outside the top 100 schools in this area. This doesn't necessarily indicate the program is weak but it does show that it is unlikely you will be going to school with any future mathematics graduate students if you attend Clark.
