There is no separate application process for OOS tuition waiver or scholarships. If you applied and were accepted the Fin Aid department will include you in the aid/scholarship pool.

will i get in?

do you think i have a chance of being accepted to clemson?

OOS- Vermont-public high school-class of under 200-approximately top 20%
gpa, uw: 3.65, school doesn't report weighted gpa
sats: first time: cr: 560, m: 710, w:620...taking again
act: 27...taking again
ec: community service, NHS, varsity gymnastics, captain, foreign exchange(spain).
major: biomedical engineering
3 AP's: AP Calc AB, AP Physics B, AP US Government

clemson is my top choice!

To be honest with you, I'm not sure. It seems like all the out of state kids on this board who go to Clemson have pretty high SATs/ACTs.

If you were instate I don't think you would have a problem.

I think you have a fair chance of getting in. Your best bet for improving your chances would be to get your standardized tests up a bit.

I think you will get in, dont know about OOS. Clemson is not a "very" hard school to get into, however, aid of any kind is generally really competetivie.

if you check their financial aid web site, they specifically say they do not provide aid to foreign citizens, only those with greencards.

For the most accurate info, contact the school directly.
