My S's first choice was GA Tech and Clemson second. Missed on Tech but accepted at Clemson (no honors) and Georgia Southern (honors) Would like to take another run at Tech via transfer from GSU (they have fairly tight relationship with Tech) after two or three semesters.

Big question is - if he declines Clemson this year, will he be on even footing if he wants to transfer to Clemson vs. Tech (or misses Tech again). Will Clemson hold it against him that he declined as incoming freshman?
