Admission decision, financial aid

Since we will not be told if son is admitted until February, will we also receive an info about financial aid at that time?

Or do we have to wait until closer to decision time in May to get a financial aid package?

I hate to say this but the clemson financial aid office SUCKS at getting info out

if you are offered any substantial financial aid, you should get a notification before decision time in May, if you are getting only stafford loans, I got my letter after May 1st (I gave the financial aid office a good piece of my mind in a long email haha).
