Each college has its own policy on transfer credit. Just because credit is given at one college doesn't mean it will be honored at another.

Check with the college. You might have to have the summer courses you plan to take at another school pre-approved for credit.

The safest route is to ask the school where you plan to take accounting 102. What do they require as proof of prereq completion?

My guess is that if you are not enrolled as a degree-seeking student there, they'd probably accept (for prereq purposes) credit given on the official transcript from your home institute.
