Conditional Appointments?

My friend, from what I heard from him, sent in all of his application materials by the November 1st deadline except for the PFE. From what I understand he took his fitness exam in January, but he had received a conditional appointment before then.

Because I feel I can definitly improve on some more areas, Im wondering if I should hold off the PFE until November/December, but submit everything else by the Nov. 1st deadline? Im also wondering if I dont put in the PFE at the deadline, if that will put me in jeopardy of getting an "early action"?

Hugh Jass, are you applying to other academies? Because you should send in the CFA if you have it. It says that you must have the application fully complete I believe, so be careful with that.

Here is a direct quote from the CGA web site:Every component of your application, except the DoDMERB medical exam, must be submitted by November 1st to be eligible for Early Action.
