I have a child who applied to the Coast Guard through Early Action. The application is complete now. The applicant handbook says applications are reviewed in the order received. But are decisions also sent on a rolling basis? What is the earliest we will hear? Not only do we want to know but many other application decisions turn on the CG decision. Appreciate any help here!
