Anyone waiting by the mailbox?

Dd got an email last week saying that EAs had been mailed, but that due to storms, the mail may be delayed. Anyone else get that email?

Good luck to your dd. I see she has lots of options but it would be nice to get an offer from CGA this week. New London didn't get hit as bad so you should hear soon. Last year the letters arrived in advance of the Dec. 15 date. Semper paratus!

Your dd should check out this thread on the CGA bulletin board. A bunch of kids waiting to hear.

I am also waiting. It would be nice to hear from them soon! I also received that e-mail, and I'm hoping they won't be delayed!

Just heard from a friend of ours in Mid-Tennessee that their son got an acceptance letter from the CGA on Tuesday.

No news here yet. Dd's liaison officer called a bit ago and left a message asking if we had heard. Waiting, waiting!

Congrats to the new coasties! If you decide to come to New London you will made a great decision. If the kids or parents have any questions, feel free to fire away. I can handle the parents' side and my personal advisor(and son) is home from the CGA and can jump in on the coastie side. Good luck to those admitted and those waiting!

Congrats Hugh! Still waiting impatiently here. I doubt dd is thinking much about it though, as she's doing her first cross-country flight to UT today...

Well, no singing around here--dd is an alternate. :-( Hope springs eternal, however!
