Hey,
I am applying for CGA and currently run cross country and track. As of right now my number #1 choice is CGA, but USNA is a close second. Have you talked to the track coach? I have emailed him a few times and got to talk a little at AIM. He seems like he knows what he's doing and a pretty competent coach.

Andrew

I run distances in track/XC
5k: 15:33
Mile: 4:28
3200: 9:56
800: 2:00

The track coach is great. Their cross country team is doing very well. Check out the CGA web site at www.cgasports.com for more info and good luck in your applications.

Yea I've talked to Mr. Rose, he seems awesome! I know a kid up the road at another highschool who got a 15:05 on this one course, beating the record of like 15:25 for that particular course

I myself run Mid Distance (leaning more towards springs)

400m: 52.3s
200m: 23.4s
Mile: 5:59 (in gym before the track season...actually like 3 weeks ago, so i was outta shape)

Our 4x4 team should win countys this year with around a 3:33/3:32

Yep, I have my application complete and ready for the deadline. I have a few medical issues to be cleared up, but hopefully those will go well. Nothing too serious. Do we need to contact Mr. Rose again for him to put something in our file, or is this done automatically? I talked to the XC coach already.
