e-QIP signature forms?

After I completed the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (the online SF-86), the final web page printed out three signature release forms.

Are we supposed to sign and send those back in the white envelope, take them with us to R-day, or is the "electronic verify" button on the web page good enough?

Did you get instructions in the mail for this, or by email? Thanks.

Last year they were told to bring the forms to R-Day, but I think Admissions wants them returned in advance this year...I would recommend calling Admissions to make sure you get the straight story.

Eqip

Let me ask it another way. Will we be directed to the online EQIP with instructions sent by regular mail or email? Thanks. All we have received so far is a form in the original package that prepares us for the online EQIP.

Both.

An email with the website and instructions came first, then a package with written instructions (along with the FBI fingerprint cards) showed up three days later.

Eqip

Thanks Luigi. It's only been about a week since we got original package of forms. Do you remember how long it takes to get the EQUIP email and package?

I would guess that you'll see something very soon.

They are requesting everything be completed and returned (including fingerprint cards) before June 1 or the military ID card could be delayed and that could prevent them from going on the Eagle cruise.

The eQIP website is here: e-QIP

Thanks for the clarification on that guys...I asked earlier about eqip and never heard anything.
Son is at home, in a post-op haze, recovering from wisdom teeth removal. Now I can "bark at him" (as he put it) to finish this eqip stuff and his lovely graduation announcements...but barking is good practice for swab summer, right? ;-)

44 days till R-day!

Eqip

Thanks, got it today. Getting fingerprints Monday, shots on Tuesday, then should be done unless they tell us to remove wisdom teeth.

i would consider getting those taken out anyways. personally i liked the idea of being a whimp and recovering at home rather than at the academy. maybe something to think about

I haven't heard of this... it's not in my acceptance packet which I received only a week ago. Does it come after I submit my paperwork?

I spoke with admissions - the signature forms should be mailed to the admissions office.
